By downloading, registering, or using the Book My Token platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Free Platform & Account Security

• Book My Token is a free system provided to help users book queue numbers or appointments digitally.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and phone number linked to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized usage.

2. Token Generation & Fair Use Rules

• A token only guarantees a scheduled placeholder position or queue number with the merchant for the specific date and time slot selected.
• Anti-Hoarding: Users are strictly prohibited from generating multiple conflicting tokens or manipulating the platform to mass-reserve slots they do not intend to use. Abuse of the booking engine may result in immediate account suspension.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive on time for your scheduled token window, the respective merchant reserves full right to skip your turn, cancel your token, and move to the next customer in line.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Service Delays & Schedule Changes: Book My Token operates as a booking management tool "as is". We are not liable if a merchant runs late, changes their operating hours, or abruptly cancels a token session.
• Merchant Fulfillment: The final service delivery is entirely the legal and operational responsibility of the independent merchant, not Book My Token.

Cancellation & No Refund Policy

1. Free Service Model

Book My Token is entirely free for users to book tokens. Because no cash, card, or wallet payments are ever taken or processed through our application, there are no monetary transactions, no convenience charges, and no monetary refunds applicable on this platform under any scenario.

2. Token Cancellations

If you realize you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, you are highly encouraged to cancel your token directly inside the app. Canceling a token opens up the slot instantly for other community members who need it.

3. Off-Platform Transactions Disclaimer

If a specific merchant or service provider independently requests or demands a direct fee, security deposit, or payment outside of the Book My Token application (such as cash at a storefront counter or via an external web-link), Book My Token is not a party to that transaction. Any disputes, service failures, or refund claims relating to external payments must be directly raised and settled with that merchant.
